: (1) A person who has received an akhetopahar before the coming into force of this Act shall submit such akhetopahar to the designated authority within the prescribed period and take a copy of it as prescribed.
(2) According to sub-section (1) or in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 17, the government of Nepal can confiscate the Akhetophar kept without obtaining Nissa.
